Together with working out phen showed really good results for me.
But since my doc does not prescribed me phen anymore because of the side effects I have started acomplia since new year, which is non-controlled prescription weight loss drug. results are ok. losing about 2 pounds weekly, lucky to have no side effects so far. But people with a history of depression and anxiety should avoid acomplia as it can have some mental side effects for them.
