Health & Fitness – Milton mother Eileen Prybol didn't know a football player on her son's high school team had contracted a contagious and potentially life-threatening bacterial infection until she read about it last week in the newspaper.

Thank goodness that my grandchildren's parochial school not only promptly notified parents about a student at the school contracting this disease but instructed the student body about the disease: its causes, symptoms and preventive measures to take.

They closed down a local community college in my area today because one of the professors came down with MRSA.

2 football players at my high school tested positive for MRSA, but business continued as usual.
