I think the two key parts were ; Drink plenty of water and excersise . Nothing is going to work without the excersise . And of course there are those people who have thyroid conditions and other body ailments ie:CKD[Chronic Kidney Disease ] that limit your diet . Water and excersise seem to go a long way .
