    As we get older our metabolism changes and body fat, especially belly fat, becomes more visible and harder to workoff. A proper workout program that doesn't take much time along with better food choices seems to be the best choice. We all look for that magic pill or some other quick fix solution, but the long term effects might be just as harmful than a well planned out healthier lifestyle.
