I have printed the article out and I'm keeping it near my desk so when I believe I'm hungry today, I'll stop and really think before I eat a snack.

I think hypnosis can help with getting your mind right in your weight loss efforts and is worth checking out because so much of what goes wrong with losing weight is in the mind.
