Insomnia can be a symptom of physical disorders, although for most of us it's the result of tension, stress and anxiety besides for the love strucken !! - So catch hold the cause and kill it right there!.

I've been lucky and my sleep has been good and deep for most of my life but once in awhile I can't seem to drop off. When that happens it's really the pits. Anyone who suffers from insomnia has my deepest sympathy.
