I used to do Bikram Yoga. Very commanding exercise program. I was in excellent health. then, I got into a serious auto accident. Since I was in fine tuned shape, I healed fairly quickly.
it was a very serious accident. (took me about 5 years. but, I'm fine now, and I attribute that to Yoga.
