My Grandma had Osteoporosis pretty bad. Too bad she didn't live in the Internet age, this would have helped tremendously.

wow! I thought this article was packed with excellent information except for this:
"Drink your milk, which include low-fat and skim milk. Non-fat yogurt and reduced fat cheese are also good sources of calcium to build strong bones. Fortified milk products contain vitamin D needed for absorption of calcium."
I would never make this kind of recommendation. the reason: Dairy products and meat are loaded with hormones and antibiotics. If you must eat meat and dairy, make sure it's Oraganic from a good source. Watch out for anything coming from Mexico Or China.
Overall, this is a good article, though.
