
Health & Fitness – Sometimes it feels like all we do is work. It seems like an endless day of non-stop working and cleaning. In the midst of all this many of us forget to have one of the most important meals of the day ââ;¬" breakfast.
Got into the habit of having breakfast while raising my son as a single father. I made sure he had a nutritious breakfast every morning. Now, as a single grandfather, I have hot oatmeal with a fruit, a fruit juice and decaf coffee most mornings broken by a ham & egg sandwich some mornings and on Sundays, a decadent stack of hotcakes. Afraid I've become a creature of habit. I have a good lunch everyday and skip dinner at night and have one of those vitamin and mineral packed 'shakes' in place of dinner. Lord, I'm almost a cliche.
