I do stretches and then I walk a round the lake for 30-minutes a day for exercise.

It's a good idea, providing your lake isn't a small pound...Is it? And we have a lot of other exercises! Haven't we?

Thanks for the tip Eyeillusion!

I have simple exercise equipment at home. (balance ball, mini-trampoline, hand weights, stretch tubing and bands.) It's not necessary to belong to a gym...that's for sure!

I think i'll do a 10 minute session jumping on my mini- trampoline! (this can stimulate your lymphatic system as well as strenghten the heart and other muscles.)

thanks for the heads up, eyeillusion. refreshing article!

I started on a Pilates fitness training program some 2 years back and I was amazed to see a favorable outcome. Pilates gives me a slim well proportioned and nicely toned body, and I really feel good about myself today but pls don't do Pilates unless you have a genuine Pilates instructor and for heavens sake, drop the yogalites crap.

thanks for sharing your fitness formula. Pilates targets the core of the body, ie the abdomen, back and hips and hence increases flexibility and improves posture. No doubts it does wonders.!
