Support network is helping smokers re-learn life without smoking, The free program, called EX, wants to make current smokers ex-smokers by utilizing a plan that was created by medical experts and tested by real smokers.

I've been stopped for 10 years now, I remember when I stopped how good everything tasted, especially coffee!

My husband smoked a lot and gave it up after a heart attack. I am sure a support group really helps.
But the main point is for the individual to decide he doesn't want to do it anymore. My husband was able to give up without any problem. I think it was because he got the shock of his life when he had the heart attack. it was a 99% block.
