    Good article. It's amazing how we won't even find 20 minutes 3 times a week, but we don't. I'm guilty too.

      Notice the picture that was with the article? The message being, "This is what you should look like. If you don't look like this...if you aren't perfect...then you're not good enough." Thanks. Just the "motivation" I needed. Thanks for reinforcing the point that it's hopeless.

          what if the other 81% of us just dont care.all the motivation in the world isnt going to work.personally i like a woman that has a little(emphasize little) meat on her bones instead of the string beans.at least im not going to be afraid im going to break her.
