A buddy says he is finding relief from what he claims Restless Leg Syndrome from a product called DrAlivio. Says it calm down the activity in the muscles. So is the pain due to muscle spasms or nerve problems?

I've seen the ads on television for pills to take for this. My husband and I have to laugh at the list of side-effects... unusual sexual urges and a desire to gamble? I would think in today's world, something that may cause unusual sexual desires would not be allowed on the market. Are these pills potential rapist makers? And what is it about them that make people want to gamble? Too weird. I think I'd rather look for a natural alternative for treatment.
