Hmmm. This seems to contradict another recent scientific report just out last week that says vitamins reduce life span.

The article mentioned by KYRed said that SOME vitamins are toxic at high concentrations, which is true. It did not say that they reduce life span when taken in normal amounts.

Vitamin D is one of the vitamins that can be toxic at high concentrations, but one would have to work at it to take enough to have toxic effects.
