Health & Fitness – When we're struck with a painful headache, most of us automatically reach for a bottle of pain reliever. While medications can be useful for more severe pain, they're not always good for us. The next time you find yourself reaching for a bottle of pain medication, why not try yoga instead.

These are good exercises. Sometimes we don't really have to take medicine.

If I have a headache that won't go away on its own, I take a nap.

Sex also can relieve headache. I used to wonder why anyone would say "not tonight, dear, I have a headache!" If I have a headache, I'm certainly not going to admit it!
