Health & Fitness – When buying any type of moisturizer, creams, or lotions for your skin (especially the face) you need to look on the back and see what the key ingredient is. More often than not the words mineral oil will appear. If you see these words put the bottle down immediately and move on.

We should always check what the ingredients are. However most of the times it is too time consuming and we just buy it. Watch out for bad ingredients...
