More evidence that the federal govt has absolutely no intention of prosecuting every marijuana user...it's called "Unequal justice under the law" and a policy of only prosecuting some users is unconstitutional.The fact that 10,000 people can break the law right under the cops nose is proof that the war on Americans who use marijuana is an impossible goal and cannot be won.

The DEA has wasted more of our tax dollars than any other big govt buracracy,several years ago they were trying to outlaw hemp food products even though they were an exception to the law ever since it's inception...they lost.

The state of N.Dakota has legalized industrial hemp farming and is currently engaged in a lawsuit against the DEA to force them to make a distinction between hemp and marijuana,just as every other industrialized country in the world has.More wasted tax dollars by the most corrupt,job security minded buracracy in govt.
