There's a guy at my gym with HUGE arms and chest but an even bigger belly, it just looks wrong.
I'm 6'2" weigh 210. I also have been told I "have a baseball players butt" which I guess means it's big???
Anyway, according to BMI, I'm overweight, but if you saw me you wouldn't think so. I think BMI applies more to women as they tend to be less muscular.
Personally, at 210, I couldn't see myself dating a girl that weighed anywhere close to me and at 6'2" I couldn't see myself dating a girl taller then me (tho we could make some NBA babies)
This also reminds me of a skit I saw on Mind of Mencia. He took some heavy guys and some skinny guys and made them compete in carious challenges. The heavier guys won most of them.
It's just as bad to be skinny and out of shape, maybe more so, because you don't have fat reserves to survive on if something bad were o=to happen.

When you think of fit you don't think of fat. The two just don't mix, almost like an oxymoron. when you are fit you can look at yourself and like what you see. How can you be fat and like what you see?
