Instead of crash dieting and diet pill popping, women should be weight training and building muscle to get rid of excess fat and flabby tummies. Unlike men, women won't get huge muscles unless they specifically train to do so. Instead women will boost their metabolism naturally and blast off fat.

    Excellent article. Weights are the way to go and the big muscles won't appear without a lot of really heavy duty work. So go for it!
