        I'm a cinnamon freak myself. I put it in everything I can -- even on my bagels with cream cheese (non-fat, of course).

          Also love the taste and smell of cinnamon, couldn't really pronounce it until I was about 20 LOL!

            In some cases diabetes sugar levels will drop when taking cinnamon. My son has diabetes II, it helped lower the sugar levels so it's down. The Dr. didn't seem to discount the fact either, he consulted him before using any additional supplements.
