Lol - yeah, it's not entirely painless as a rule, though most people tend to ignore that aspect when ranting about the advantages of acupuncture.

It helped my migraines I'd say about 40% which was a blessing to me. Insurance not paying was thwe bigger of the 2 pains.LOL
