I didn't know that it had so many things going for it, we make up veggie trays and always include broccoli, but the after reading the post by hurr1 I realized that I like it in cream of broccoli soup and my favorite is in chinese stir fries.

I love broccoli but can't force my 7 yr old son to eat them. He watches the cartoon 'Kids Next Door' and kids there don't want to eat vegies especially broccoli. I hope there'll be a good recipe of broccoli for kids.

daducha-We had a similiar problem but our kids love cheese, especially processed cheese spread, they would use it for sandwitches and the we got them eating celery with it on and finally we would add two of three tablespoons of it to steamed broccoli and they thought it was great. Good luck.

Pretty cool... broccoli is almost as healthy as cannabis, if the article is comprehensive.

I'll have double servings of BOTH tonight... and some supermarket-bought cannabis oil on my salad with broccoli.

I have recently taken to rinsing it thoroughly and breaking up the heads and dipping it raw in french dressing. While the negatives of french dressing probably counter the benefits of the broccoli, it sure does taste good!

I always thought cruciferous meant crunchy but it actually means "having a flower in the shape of a cross". Coincidence? I think not. Everything we need is right in front of us if we only have eyes to see.

                                Thanks for providing this information.

I can't stand steamed broccoli (even drenched in cheese) but I don't mind it raw dipped in ranch dressing. I may just start eating more of it now that I know of it's critical health benefits.

I have seen broccoli listed in natural hormone regulating remedies. Broccoli is better than Popeyes spinach.

I hear broccoli combined with tomato make a super antioxidant.
