Heart transplant, also known as cardiac transplant involves placing a donor heart by either removing the patients own heart of leaving it in as a support to the donor heart. This is done on patients who suffer from severe coronary artery disease or end-stage heart failure.

      i guess a heart transplant is risky thing, rather to go for this treatment.. is better option
