I've been following a similar diet (also exercising) since late last year and have already dropped 20 lbs. It's been slow but the weight is coming off. I have another 10 lbs to go and I really credit my paying attention to what I eat to my weight-loss success. I also keep a food diary -that has been a huge help because I don't "forget" how many calories I've already consumed so it makes it easier to say no to a calorie packed cheesecake and opt for a healthier bowl of summer berries.

Unfortunately, nothing about chocolate in here! Sounds like a great way to eat - especially with all those fresh fruits available this summer.

The caveman diet is the best (meat, fruit, nuts, some veggies). This is a good list though.
