    We all know that a low-fat diet is heart healthy. The problem is in taking action. This article spells out why we should so well that I may actually do it!

      Great article. My husband actually started a low fat diet a couple of months ago, he has already lost over 20lbs, and is slimmer and feels better than he did in highschool!

        Low fat is so much better for our health! It is surprising how much of the stuff sneaks into our food, just look at the Nutrition Facts - scary stuff.
